Shipping & Returns
Purchasing
- Stock Availability: Items in your shopping cart are not guaranteed to be in stock until the purchase is completed. If an item sells out, you will be notified via email about the unavailable item.
- Order Processing: During the checkout process, you will be shown the available shipping methods and their associated costs.
Shipping
- Processing Time: Once we receive your order, please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and National Holidays). This processing time is separate from the shipping time.
- Tracking Information: After processing is completed, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Delivery typically takes 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier.
Returns
- Return Eligibility: We accept returns for items that are in new, unworn, and resalable condition within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. To initiate a return. Visit Contact us page.
- Return Label: You will immediately receive a return label by email. The item must be shipped back within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
- Return Options: Once you initiate the return process, you will have three options:
- Refund: Issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
- Store Credit: Store credit, which expires every 60 days.
- Exchange: Exchange for another item of your choice.
- Defective or Incorrect Items: In the rare event that you receive a wrong or defective item, we apologize for the inconvenience. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label, and you can choose between a refund, store credit, or exchange. If you choose to exchange items:
